How can I login with my PantherMedia customer account?

PantherMedia became Smarterpix

If you have been a customer with PantherMedia, we have migrated all accounts, including your images, lightboxes, orders, etc. to smarterpix. You can read all about the migration here: https://www.smarterpix.com/en/panthermedia-became-smarterpix

We could migrate all data, except for the encrypted passwords to your account. This is why you have to activate your account with a new password.

And this is how easy it works:

  1. Click "I have forgotten my password"

  2. Enter the email address associated with your PantherMedia account. Please note, it must be exactly the same and unique emailaddress you had at PantherMedia. If you cannot remember or cannot access your emailaccount anymore, please contact our support and we will guide you.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password

  4. Once completed, you’ll have full access to smarterpix.com. All data is within your new account.
